Wellness Programs for Meditation and Resilience

This year, Emerson Human Resources introduced two new wellness programs for staff and faculty.

Journey Meditation is a weekly guided meditation program to help you reduce stress; improve productivity; and live a happier, healthier life. On Tuesdays at noon, Journey Meditation teacher Jenna McTiernan leads 30-minute meditation sessions for staff and faculty. The sessions take place in the HR Conference Room, 20 Park Plaza, 13th floor. meQuilibrium is a highly personalized, self-paced online program that can help you learn how to manage your thought patterns in constructive ways, so you can respond objectively and creatively as you face life’s daily pressures, balancing work and home. The program is available to all faculty and staff members, as well as their spouses and adult dependent children ages 18 and over.
