Human Resources is offering the Explore Workshop on Saturday, April 29, 9:00 am–12:30 pm in the Charles Beard Room.
The Explore Workshop is designed to assist employees with transitioning through opportunities or challenges associated with life’s differing stages and the related impacts at work, at home, or as one approaches retirement.
The program shows you how to start a process for exploring new ideas and how to address your concerns about the next stage of your life, and is designed to be useful to all faculty and staff, whether they are just starting their careers or are planning for or approaching retirement.
The program’s proven methodology will help you to:
- Deliver peace-of-mind and acceptance related to accepting change;
- Define your life today, during your career, and as you plan for retirement;
- Embrace the transitions with your life stages; and
- Start planning for a life that you have consciously designed.
The workshop will be led by Paul Cronin of The Platinum Years. Paul is a life coach who has more than 30 years of professional experience related to management consulting and assisting clients with managing personal change efforts.
A light breakfast will be provided. Registration is required for this event, and since space will be limited, we recommend signing up early. To register, please email Tricia Kennedy (firstname.lastname@example.org).
