Plant-Based Eating Made Easy and Tasty
A plant-based eating style helps lower your risk of many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, cancer, and high-blood pressure. This seminar, provided by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, will be held on Wednesday, May 11, at 12:00 pm, in the Beard Room, on the 2nd floor of the Little Building. You will learn practical ways to incorporate more plant-based foods into your menu planning, shopping, and cooking routine. Various types of vegetarian eating styles will also be discussed.
