Human Resources is offering a workshop on everyday stress management for staff and faculty on Tuesday, November 17, 12:00– 1:00 pm. This workshop will provide guidance on learning to manage stress effectively for maintaining health and well-being. Participants will learn positive and appropriate coping skills to handle the stress of everyday life to help reduce the causes of health-related stress conditions such as headaches and high blood pressure.
This program, presented by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, will be led by Rose Marie Knickles, who teaches at Lesley University and has an EdD in health and movement education. The workshop will be held in the Beard Room on the second floor of the Little Building.
