Mike and Will of the Help Desk recently spoke at UserConf in San Francisco, a biannual conference for support professionals. They discussed some of the challenges affecting support in a non-profit setting, and shared the many changes and improvements that Emerson IT has made. These include expanding our review of survey results, engaging our community through Twitter and Instagram, and drafting our service excellence commitment. Over the last few years, IT has prioritized our relationship with our community, and the opportunity to share some of our successes and failures was very welcome.
