We hope you have had a successful semester and have a wonderful winter break! Here are a few things you should keep in mind as the semester draws to a close.
Final Grades and Course Evaluations
Fall grades will be viewable on eCommon on Thursday, December 21 at 12:00 noon ET.
Students who complete all course evaluations before Thursday at noon will be able to view their final grades and access transcripts early. If you have not done so, you will be prompted to complete the evaluations before you are able to access your final grades.
Incomplete Grade Changes
Did you receive an incomplete grade last spring or summer? Don’t miss the deadline to get it changed. Instructors must submit a completed Grade Change Form to the Registrar’s Office by Thursday, December 21 at noon.
Incomplete grades from last spring or summer will change to Incomplete/Failure grades if not changed.
Fall Graduates – RSVP for Commencement!
If you are graduating this fall and plan on participating in the May 2018 commencement ceremony, please RSVP by visiting the Student Services tab on eCommon. You will only be able to RSVP online through December 30.
Diplomas for fall graduates will be mailed by late February to the address included on the graduation application.
Applications to Graduate
Are you planning on graduating in spring or summer 2018, but haven’t submitted an Application to Graduate yet?
Please download an Application to Graduate and submit it to the Registrar’s Office by the posted deadline so that you’ll be included in all of the commencement-related communications!
