Grading Opens Today

Faculty can now submit final grades for the spring through eCommon. Grades are due Monday, May 8 at 12:00 noon ET. Our students depend on timely submission of grades for graduation, degree progress, and potential employment!

Review the Final Grading Instructions for a step-by-step guide to grade entry. eCommon login issues should be referred to the Help Desk at 617 824 8080 or helpdesk@emerson.edu. For grading issues, email registrar@emerson.edu.

Common Grade Entry Problems

The Green Triangle

Do not click the title of the course. Click the green triangle icon to the right of the course to enter grades!

Submitting Incomplete Grades

If you submit an incomplete grade, you will need to confirm the incomplete extension date on a second page!

Entering F Grades

If you need to enter a F for a student, you will be required to also enter the student’s final date of attendance in the class. If you forget to enter the final date of attendance for any “F” grades, you will receive an error message prompting you to do so when you submit your grades.

Commencement 2017

We are all looking forward to celebrating the Class of 2017 on Sunday, May 14 at the Agganis Arena at Boston University. We’ll be offstage handing out diplomas. We hope to see you there! If you have any questions about the ceremonies, please visit the Commencement website.

Incomplete Grade Changes

Did you give an incomplete grade in last fall? Don’t miss the deadline to get it changed! Instructors must submit a completed Grade Change Form to the Registrar’s Office by Monday, May 8 at 12:00 noon ET. Forms are available on eCommon and may be scanned and emailed from your Emerson email account to registrar@emerson.edu.
